The Border Heritage Center Returns!!


Please forgive us for laying dormant for so long. While the El Paso Public Library continues to be closed to in-person services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Border Heritage Center is happy to announce we've resumed remote reference, research, and digital reproduction services!
